Curry Stew
Required material:

Ground beef meat or chicken meat: 500gr
Yogurt:1 Glass
Tomato Paste: 3 to 4 spoons
Coconut Power: 3 Spoons
Ginger and Grated Garlic: 1 Spoon each
Onion: 2 average
Turmeric, black pepper, red pepper, salt as desired
Chopped Coriander: 1 Glass
Green Pepper: 5 to 6 number
Curry Powder: 3 to 4 spoons
Ground cumin: Half of the spoon
Grated tomato: 2 number


Preparation Method:
Fry the onion, add garlic and ginger and fry them. Pour the tomato and fry a little so that its water subsides. Then add yogurt, and fry slightly them while mixing so that water evaporates.
 Pour the said spice and slightly fry it, then add 2 to 3 glasses of water to cook it.
 Add black pepper and Coriander so that it gets well cooked.
Mix the ground beef meat with grated onion and ginger, together with green cumin powder, curry powder, black and red pepper, turmeric, and salt, each for half of a spoon, and make small balls and slightly fry them in oil and then put them in the curry liquid to get cooked.
Curry stew can also be cooked by chicken meat, the only difference is that after frying the onion chops, garlic and ginger, we should add chicken meat to it and slightly fry them, then add all of the aforesaid materials and slightly fry them so that water vanishes.
 If the chicken was baked before, a little water should be added, and then we add green pepper and coriander until it is well cooked. After curry stew is well cooked, we pour it in a bowl and serve it by putting some coriander on it.
