Egg & Mushroom Stew
Required Material For Four Persons:
Chopped Bell Pepper and Onion: 1 of each
Chopped Mushroom: 20
Lemon Juice: 1/4 of measure
Egg: 2 numbers
Tomato Paste: 1 Spoon
Chicken Extract: 1 piece
Water: 1.5 measure
Oil: As much as needed
Preparation Method:

Put the mushrooms in the pan and add lemon juice to them. Put lid of the pan on it so that natural water of mushrooms evaporates. Then add a little oil to slightly fry them. In another pan, slightly fry the bell pepper with a little oil so that it is slightly soft. Then add onion to have them slightly fry with each other. Add tomato paste, water, and chicken extract and have them boiled. At this time add the mushrooms and put the lid on it and have it cooked for 3o minutes and then add the eggs and mix it well so that the eggs don’t get cooked fast at one place, and after three minutes the stew is ready. This food can be eaten and served with rice and bread.
