Butter Coconut Food Essence:
Coconut tree grows in most coastal tropical regions. It is of the best fruits for local people who create food, clothes, house, and living tools from it.
Coconut is a tall tree with height of 30 meters. Leaves are located in the ending part of the plant and among them there are coconut fruits and annually more than 100 coconut fruits are produced.
Commercial coconut lacks external cover and the meat-like part of coconut is called copra which is dried under sunlight after separated from its cover. Coconut fruit might be sweetened and used after being chopped in food and confectionary material. Copra of coconut fruit contains 30% to 40% oil.
Coconut meat is put under pressure in cold condition. At first, a light coconut oil called olein and then a heavier oil called stearin is extracted. Every year about one billion pounds of coconut oil is produced.
